Project Description
We are a dynamically growing firm where we provide multiple services related to business plans, financial services, branding, digital marketing, operations management, and much more. We are looking for a female virtual assistant who can join us and take up the following responsibilities:
1. Look out for potential leads who can be the right customers for us.
2. Send out emails to potential leads with the intention of converting them into clients.
3. The emails sent should be of high quality and must convey the message of how our services will benefit our potential leads.
4. Follow up on the emails sent earlier
5. Reaching out to potential clients on LinkedIn or using the sales navigator.
6. Scheduling a discovery call or setting up a meeting with the clients. If performed well, we will give additional responsibilities such as: 1. Communicating with the client and making a note of the client’s requirements 2. Interacting with the team and helping with the transfer of information and deliverables between the client and our team. Requirements: 1. Must be fluent in the English language 2. Must have a background in business, finance or marketing in order to understand what services we provide based on which will help you to send out cold emails to potential leads. 3. Must be proficient in Email marketing tools 4. Must have experience in preparing email content to convert potential leads into clients 5. Must have experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io 6. Must be able to make independent decisions, maintain the reputation of the firm, and constantly communicate with the company leaders and CEO. 7. Must be systematic and highly organized 8. Must have previous experience of at least 1 or 2 years. This is a serious job role. We will only select and hire if all the requirements are met. If performed well, we will give additional responsibilities related to admin support and operations management. This is a long-term opportunity, consider this as a permanent position if you are able to work up to our standards and develop good business relations with the team and the firm leaders. Coming to the price and compensation, for now, we have mentioned $3 per hour but we will definitely increase this based on your efforts, results, and based on our growth.
