Project Description

As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, 6-10 years of Salesforce development experience
Mandatory to have experience with at least 2-3 Enterprise level Service Cloud projects.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities, including case management, knowledge base, service console & other capabilities.
Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements.
Configure and optimize the Salesforce Service Console for efficient case management.
Customize page layouts, components, and utility items to enhance agent productivity.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
Experience in configuring and managing omni-channel communication channels within Service Cloud
Experience in setting up routing rules and queues for different communication channels.
Experience with Digital Engagement supporting various messaging channels like SMS, WhatsApp etc. is strongly desired
Must have experience in Apex programming, Lightning Component Framework, Aura & LWC, Apex controllers, Triggers, Apex Batch jobs
Experience in REST and SOAP based Web services
Ability to implement and integrate third party applications within Salesforce Service Cloud
Working with other Salesforce platforms like Marketing and Sales cloud is desirable
Experience in APEX Data loader is highly desirable
Strong in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
nice-to-have – configuration, operational support, administration, and performance tracking of Service Cloud
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant & Platform Developer 1 certified
