Fix problem in Laravel application

I had a site built on Laravel, but the login function for new users is giving an issue. Before it was working fine, I think it has an update issue with the api that the application is integrated with. I need someone who can fix this in a few hours and explain me what the issue is and how to avoid it. Thanks.
