Service Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Salesforce service Lead/Architect

Totale years of exp: 9+

Rel exp : 3+ (Lead/ Architect )

Design and develop custom solutions in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, LWC, Triggers, JavaScript, Flows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules and other Salesforce automation features.
Work with Product owners and business analysts to analyze the requirements , design and develop the solution.
Prepare technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
Contribute to conducting code reviews to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible.
Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
