Develop custom solutions for business needs
Identify business opportunities and create applications around them
Get feedback from testers and end-users.
Oversee implementation of every finished product for the client
Give out helpful advice and organize workshop seminars for a better understanding of completed applications
Pay attention to quality standards and ensure to comply
Maintain security for finished products
Understand market trends and design applications in line with such trends
Work with other branches to ensure a healthy overall representation of finished solutions
Attend Salesforce development workshops and seminars; consistently improving your knowledge in the field
Build and engage user personas for a better understanding of the product’s impact on the end-users
Employ Salesforce development tools to build compliant applications in line with the tech and business industry standards.

— Qualifications —
Fluency with modern development tools
Fluency with modern development tools (SFDX)
Proficiency in programming languages (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
Experience with Salesforce tools
Analytical skills and ability to focus on tasks till completion
Advanced problem-solving skills
Proper management of time
Ability to work under tight deadlines
A good leader, team player, and good decision-maker
Proper communication skills (English)
