Integrate AI & Salesforce into M365 Outlook Email

Project Description

We are looking to integrate AI and Salesforce into our Microsoft 365 emails within our company.

Some of the core functions we want are the following:

– Automatically tag/categorise emails based on conditions
– Automatically create leads inside Salesforce if identified as a new lead
– Autodraft replies based on email templates that don’t sound like AI (it’s glaringly obvious when someone uses chatgpt to generate an email, so we want to utilise it alongside our current templates to add details or context regarding previous emails in the chain)
– Feedback system for AI to train it, thumbs up/down bad actions such as wrong tags/wrong sentence in auto-draft
– Edit existing leads with data if a client provides further information

We are looking to train our own model over time. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in AI and implementation. If you are just starting out, this project will be too hard for you.
