We are in search of a talented and experienced freelancer who specializes in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Our objective is to develop a customized outside sales CRM that caters to our specific requirements. We are a dynamic team with three sales representatives, currently managing between 100-200 doctor accounts each. Our mission is to optimize our sales process, focusing on acquiring practices or patient referrals for our remote patient monitoring services.

Key Responsibilities:

– Transition our current CRM system from Go High Level to Salesforce, leveraging Salesforce’s superior mobile UI/UX, especially for iPad and phone use.
– Customize Salesforce to suit our unique outside sales needs, ensuring an efficient workflow for managing doctor accounts.
– Provide hands-on guidance and training, enabling me to become proficient in Salesforce administration and upkeep.

Requirements:

– Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including setup, customization, and training.
– Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM optimization.
– Ability to translate complex CRM functionalities into user-friendly interfaces for mobile use.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and support.
