Project Description
A sales metrics dashboard is the project. In the Lightening version of Salesforce, we’d like to create a dashboard that shows the following metrics:
– Pipeline by rep
– Pipeline by Product
– Pipeline by stage
– Lead Source Amount (Total and Won)
– Average Stage Duration by Rep and Stage
– Average Age by Closed Won, Closed Lost and Open by Stage
– Win Rate (% of opps won) by Rep and Type
– Win Rate (% of revenue won) by Rep and Type
– Current Quarter Commit (Based on stage and close date)
– Quota Coverage (Based on Quota by product, current pipeline and won revenue by product if possible)
