Senior Full-time PHP/Laravel Full Stack Developer

Project Description

We are actively looking for a senior PHP/Laravel Backend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience, strong PHP and Laravel skills, and a basic understanding of front-end technologies. In addition, the candidate should be proficient in Git, have a good knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), and have previous experience working on e-commerce projects.

* 5+ years of experience in Laravel framework
* 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and React.js framework
* Ability to craft usable and maintainable CSS/HTML
* Understanding of modern web app & asset build pipeline
* Experience with testing framework Php Unit
* Software engineering experience outside of web frontend (e.g. past experience in backend, computer science education)
* Knowledge of best practices in software engineering and design patterns
* Solid experience with git (and various git-based workflows)
* Good written and spoken English

Nice-to-Have

* Experience with refactoring old codebases
* Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar framework
* Experience with CI & build pipelines
* Experience working in a product company
* Good writing ability (demonstrated by documentation, README, or blog posts)
* Experience with fully remote work

Key Responsibilities:

Convert wireframes and design prototypes into top-notch, responsive web pages.
Enhance web page speed and performance to guarantee a seamless user experience.
Work closely with design and back-end development teams to achieve seamless integration.
Apply best practices in web design, such as responsive design principles, CSS frameworks, and user interface optimization.
Regularly update and enhance existing web pages to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in front-end development.
