We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team and take charge of tying our upfront marketing systems and sales processes together with strategic workflow automations, ensuring a streamlined end-to-end customer journey. **Responsibilities:** This a done for you position, meaning, you would actually do the work, not just consulting. – Collaborate with our team to understand our current marketing systems, sales processes, and customer journey. – Utilize your expertise to design and implement efficient workflow automations, sales process automations, and follow-up sequences. – Create our data tracking system – Migrate our operations from the free version of HubSpot to Pipedrive, leveraging your knowledge of Pipedrive’s cost-effective features. – Utilize Karta (similar to Clickfunnels) to leverage its advanced features for email automations and other relevant functions. – Provide hands-on guidance to customize the systems to our business needs, ensuring the optimal utilization of automation tools. – Create clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documenting each step of the system-building process. – Work closely with the founder during Zoom calls, where you’ll showcase your skills by building and customizing the system according to our business requirements. – Share your insights and best practices to ensure the system is tailored for our consultative B2B sales process for high-ticket services. **Qualifications:** – Proven track record of successfully building and implementing automated sales processes for B2B companies with consultative sales models. – Experience working with high-ticket services and a deep understanding of the nuances of selling such offerings. – Proficiency in workflow automation tools, particularly Pipedrive and Karta (or similar platforms), with a knack for maximizing their features. – Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner. – Problem-solving mindset and the capability to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance. – Exceptional organizational skills to create detailed SOPs for system building and troubleshooting. – Responsive, proactive, and collaborative approach to working with a team. – Prior experience in guiding and educating clients or team members on system usage and best practices. – Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and changes in strategy. **What We Offer:** – A chance to work with a forward-thinking team in a high-growth industry. – Hands-on experience in tailoring an automated sales process to the unique requirements of our business. – Opportunity to showcase your skills during live Zoom sessions with the founder. – Competitive compensation for your expertise and contributions. – Potential for long-term collaboration as we continue to refine and expand our automated systems.
