Project Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Cloud CRM, proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Cloud, and a strong ability to build custom workflows. As our CRM Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management processes and ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage and administer Salesforce Cloud CRM system, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
Utilize HubSpot Marketing Cloud to enhance marketing automation processes and optimize customer engagement strategies.
Develop and implement custom workflows, processes, and automation rules to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system.
Analyze CRM data and generate reports to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
