Service Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Set Up Specialist to assist with the implementation and configuration of our Salesforce CRM system. As a specialist, you will be responsible for setting up user profiles, creating custom objects, building workflows and automation, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and a good understanding of CRM processes.

Responsibilities:
– Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements
– Set up user profiles, roles, and permissions
– Create custom objects, fields, and formulas
– Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
– Perform data migration and data quality tasks
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
