Service Description

Some time you want to confirm that your support requester on your Zendesk is really your customer registered on your Salesforce. Therefore, you open your another page in your browser to check that customer on Salesforce page. Swicthing between Zendesk page and Salesforce page is annoying.

I provide you a Zendesk app that will fetch data from your Salesforce and show it on right side of your Zendesk tickets. This app will automatically fetch the data based on requester email when you open it or create new ticket on behalf of your customer. Also you can search your data in your Salesforce manually by use search form.

Please keep attention that pages in this project pricing may refer to actual page navigation inside the app, and/or refer to Saleforce API call. Which one comes first.
